Returns and exchanges

According to subpara. 2 ч. 1 Art. 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”, each buyer has the opportunity to return or exchange goods within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase. The consumer has the right to exchange goods of good quality for similar ones if the goods do not satisfy him/her in terms of shape, dimensions, color, size or for other reasons cannot be used for their intended purpose. Goods of good quality are exchanged if they have not been used and if their presentation, consumer properties, seals, labels, and the payment document issued to the consumer with the goods sold are preserved. We would also like to draw your attention to the fact that according to Article 4(3) of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, the consumer is obliged to:

1. Carefully read the operating instructions provided in the product documentation provided by the manufacturer (seller) before using the product.
2. If you need clarification of the terms and conditions of use of the goods, before using the goods, contact the seller (manufacturer) or other person specified in the operating documentation who performs their functions for clarification.
3. Use the product in accordance with its intended purpose and comply with the conditions (requirements, norms, rules) established by the manufacturer in the operating documentation.
4. Adhere to the safety methods provided by the manufacturer in the product in order to prevent negative consequences for the consumer, as well as use special rules presented in the operating documentation, if any.
5. In the absence of such rules in the documentation, follow the usual and understandable safety methods used for this type of product
